This is a 19th Century Chinese bronze scroll weight. An ambiguous image: Is it two boys back to back or two boys facing each other or four boys. The symbol sometimes known as The Four Happy Boys represents the four blessings of happiness, high official position, longevity, and good luck. It occurs on many Chinese objects.
