Round Stone Competition 2002

OUR OWN COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS !!?!! Dick Hess traveled from California to Australia and discovered that the Australian Post Office was already issuing commemorative stamps to celebrate our competition. He wanted to bring back a "Devil's Marble" from the Northern Territory but it wouldn't fit in his back-back.

RESULTS OF THE 2002 COMPETITION Entries for this were very late and the competition was not judged until December 2004 at which time Professors David Singmaster and Donald Knuth generously gave their valuable time to preside over the calipers, lasers, micrometers and other expensive equipment to look at the 2001 to 2004 entries. Henry's family at Loch Carron were the winners.
