JOLIKIN

An intriguing puzzle, from World War Two, with only one choice for the solution: Turn the wheel on the right and try to find complete portraits of Churchill, Roosevelt, Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini.

Each segment that contains quarter of a face has an initial letter to help. However the would be solver soon finds it is not such a quick puzzle to solve.

The card polygons have respectively 9, 8, 7, and 5 part faces. So you are looking for 5 faces out of 2520 - Odds of 504 to 1 against finding the one you want first time.

Manufactured by Milty Products, Salford, England about 1940.

Classifying this puzzle might seem difficult as it appears to be a Sequential Puzzle; however as the choice is only between rotating the wheel in one of 2 directions it seems obvious that it is actually a Pattern Puzzle.
